Please read this Privacy Policy to understand how Gemsta Limited use and protect the information provided through Gemsta.com, Gemsta.co.uk and Gemsta.net (“Gemsta”).  By accessing any part of Gemsta or providing any information to us you consent to the use and transfer of your information on the terms set out in this Privacy Policy. 

2. We reserve the right to revise or replace this Privacy Policy from time to time, and by continuing to use Gemsta you will be agreeing to any such changes. 

Use of information we collect

3. In general you can visit Gemsta without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself.

4. Domain name informationthat we collect is not used to personally identify you and instead is collated to measure the number of visits, average time spent on Gemsta and pages viewed.  We use this information to review the use of Gemsta and improve its contents.

5. We (and third parties acting on our behalf to provide services to us) may use the personal information which is provided by you via Gemsta (for example, your email address, gender and age range) for the purposes of:-

(i)            administrating offers, promotions, marketing and competitions; and

(ii)           making Gemsta easier to use.

If you access any third party website using the link provided, the operator of that website may collect information from you which will be used by them in accordance with their privacy policy which may differ from this one.    We do not accept any responsibility for any such third party websites, including without limitation their accuracy, security or the products and services that are offered through them.
